These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Cambodian Travel Immersion (CTI) and the client. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms:
Reservation: A booking is considered “confirmed” only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of inquiry.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 20-30% of the total tour cost) is required to secure your dates and guide.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled at least 14 days prior to the tour commencement date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (e.g., cash on arrival).
Currency: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Any bank fees or transaction charges incurred during wire transfers or card payments are the responsibility of the client.
We understand that plans can change. However, as a boutique operator, we commit resources in advance. Our refund policy is as follows:
30+ Days Notice: Full refund of the balance (minus the non-refundable deposit).
14–29 Days Notice: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
Less than 14 Days Notice / No Show: No refund will be issued.
Force Majeure: CTI reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to “Acts of God,” safety concerns, or government restrictions. In such rare cases, we will offer an alternative date or a credit voucher for future travel.
Client Requests: We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes to your itinerary, but additional costs (transport, entrance fees, or specialized labor) will be billed to the client.
Operator Adjustments: CTI reserves the right to alter routes or activities due to weather, seasonal water levels (specifically for Tonle Sap tours), or temple restorations to ensure the best possible experience.
Travel Insurance: It is a mandatory requirement that all guests have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, and trip cancellations.
Physical Fitness: Guests are responsible for notifying CTI of any physical limitations, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Liability: While CTI takes every precaution to ensure guest safety, we are not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or illness incurred during the tour.
Respectful Conduct: When photographing local communities, monks, or private property, guests must follow the guidance of the CTI lead to ensure cultural sensitivity.
Marketing: Unless explicitly requested otherwise, CTI reserves the right to use photos taken during the tour for promotional purposes on social media or the official website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be settled through amicable negotiation or within the jurisdiction of Cambodian courts.
